01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the rbaee platform at rbaee.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and rbaee.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the rbaee platform. Continued use of rbaee after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and use rbaee, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing rbaee from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an rbaee employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the rbaee platform.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.

rbaee reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

When you register an account on rbaee, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Each person may hold only one rbaee account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated bonuses voided.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify rbaee immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• rbaee is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account names cannot be changed after registration. If you need to update personal details, contact rbaee support.

rbaee may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rbaee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rbaee supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳30,000.
• Deposits are credited to your rbaee account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours and typically processed within minutes of approval.
• rbaee does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

rbaee reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, rbaee will notify you and may request supporting documentation.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

rbaee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. It cannot be claimed more than once per person, household, or device.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rbaee:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Placing bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent (bonus hunting).

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbaee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

• rbaee does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.
• rbaee is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• rbaee's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Account Termination

rbaee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal behaviour.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward rbaee staff or other players.
• Operating multiple accounts or participating in coordinated bonus abuse.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

You may close your rbaee account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

12 Changes to These Terms

rbaee may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of rbaee after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
